I know there are a lot of UKF families struggling to find accommodating childcare and services outside of the school system, so I would love to share information on what we have to offer.
We will be offering Integrative preschool and elementary classes, fully licensed childcare, on-site play therapy, speech therapy, vision therapy, respite nights, and parenting groups.
We will take DWS childcare subsidies. We will be a third-party provider for My Tech High. Harmony Ed can bill most private insurances for therapy services, including AutPlay (autism-specific play therapy) as an alternative or in conjunction with ABA.
Power of attorney/ advanced directive
● Any new power of attorney(POA) supersedes any previous one.
● This is an advance-directive form that also names a power of attorney used regularly in hospitals. It must be signed by the person issuing power of attorney and requires two witnesses who are not related to the family and will not inherit from the person. If the person isn’t
able to sign their document, you have to go through an attorney to update what you
already have.
● This document does not require an attorney; however, if the person cannot sign, you will need an attorney to establish a POA.
