Medical Supply Exchange

The Utah Kids Foundation operates a medical supply exchange program that accepts a wide range of medical supplies and equipment to help families in need. Here are the key details about their program:

Accepted Items

The foundation accepts nearly all types of medical supplies and equipment, from small items like Q-tips to larger equipment like wheelchairs. The only exception is prescription medication, which they do not accept

Distribution Process

When redistributing medical supplies, priority is given to individuals who lack Durable Medical Equipment (DME) coverage. The foundation rotates their distribution list based on two factors:

1. Geographic location
2. Length of time on the waiting list

This approach ensures fair distribution to those most in need

Locations and Hours

The medical supply exchange operates across multiple locations:

• Warehouse: 3703 W 1987 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104
• Open hours: Tuesdays from 11 am to 2 pm
• Additional locations throughout the Wasatch Front and other parts of Utah

If you have supplies to donate, please take them to our warehouse located at 3703 W 1987 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. The warehouse is open on Tuesdays from 11 AM to 2 PM.
